Seeing more results.....

This past Friday I went for my 2nd weigh in. Since my first weigh in which was on March 7th, I have lost a total of 2.25 inches and 4.40 pounds. Also lost 2.71 body fat pounds.

.25 inches in my bust
.25 inches in my abdomen
.75 inches in my waist
1 inch in my thighs
1 % in body fat

Tomorrow I will be starting my 12th week of salads for lunch. I didn't think I would last this long but surprisingly this has been pretty easy. With seeing more results after eating better it makes it easier. I have been doing really good in drinking the amount of water your suppose to have a day. I have been going to the gym at least 3 days a week, trying to go at least 4. I will keep you posted on hopefully more success.
