A little over a month ago I joined Curves and yesterday I went in for my first weigh in. For your first weigh in you have to wait until you have had 24 workouts. Here are my results:
I lost 0.80 lbs and 3.25 inches.
.75 inches in my bust
.50 inches in my abdomen
1 inch in my waist
1 inch in my arms
I just finished my 5 week of salads for lunch. So far I'm not burned out, will see how many more weeks I can keep this up. I have been working out 4-5 times a week and eating alot better. No more fast food, which is a huge plus. Check back next month to see hopefully more progress. My goal is lose 40 pounds, I'm hoping to lose that by summer.

Good start Rachel. I am also in the process of trying to lose weight as well, it is tough sometimes.
